Belen Needs Tunnels, Not Bridges!

Libertysteward.com Proposes Underground Tunnel Project instead of Tome Bridge to Commissioner Paul Trujillo of the Valencia County Commission.  Today Libertysteward.com made a request to Paul Trujillo of the Valencia County Commission.  We believe the County and Citizens of Valencia County would be well-served to do a feasibility study of tunnel crossovers of the Rio Grande as a peacemaking strategy to accommodate both landowners and the county instead of an obstructive and unsightly bridge project.  The only above-ground features would be the entrance and exit and these could be a fair distance from the density of the mid-river area.  This provides a new dynamic in the otherwise stagnant impasse of the bridge project and offers new ways of freeing up traffic and reduces the need for seizing right away at great expense to the county for the needs of an above-ground project.
