The Right to Protect our Immune System, Air and Water

The idea that health care concerns, or businesses, can force employees to be vaccinated is a violation of the following Amendments to the U. S. Constitution:

Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment IV: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment IX: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people

Vaccination is clearly a religion, because it is not even correct science. There are proponents of vaccination and those who do not believe (based on factual information) that the human immune system, a self-protecting system, should ever be adulterated by foreign substances. Vaccination remains a developing medical field, but it is by no means a science. It is not a universally accepted factual medical practice, it is a belief system held by those who stand to profit from it or by those who desire to develop a weapon using the immune system as the battleground.

The people hold these rights, not corporations and not the government. And the people clearly have a right to redress this grievance. The People clearly have a right to be secure in their persons against unreasonable seizures and they shall not be violated in this respect. All Law begins with Natural Rights which proceed from Natural Law and when the Creator made Man he gave him an immune system as a defense from the biological world within which he spends his life cycle. It has stood man in good stead all these thousands of years and it is only the wickedness of corporations and governments that has sought to corrupt this ancient equation between Man and Nature. Under the guise of defending man from disease we have evolved the human body into the next convenient battlefield, whereby the government presumes to have the right to invade your immune system. Natural Law therefore granted you this right by virtue of your biological design. Your immune system is your personal sanctity and the front line of self-defense to the critical organs it was designed to protect without any help from pharmaceutical conspirators. If you chose to accept a shot it is your choice and yours alone. You cannot be compelled to suffer this violation of your person. It is an aspect of your right to self-defense. It is governed under the primary natural rights that proceeded any form of statutory or constitutional law - the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Unless you surrender these rights, such as by joining the military, the government cannot compel you to accept vaccination under any guise. Any intellectually honest medical person also knows that the human immune system is also subject to alterations within other people’s immune systems. When corporations or institutions argue that they need a medical worker to be immunized they ignore that any negative perversions of immunities contained in the altered immune systems of those wrongly vaccinated are as a much a “hazard” to those who are not vaccinated as they are a target for the disease in question. You are intimately effected by the immune systems of those near you and the afflictions that invade bodies do not exclude synergistic responses and complications from exposure to tampered immune systems. Exposure is not unidirectional.

Seasonal influenza is primarily carried by the bird population and change from year to year. There are over 4,000 strains of flu identified every year. The yearly flu shot is manufactured against the supposedly most likely four strains that may or may not affect man during the course of the flu season. By the time the shot makes it to market these strains may have already mutated into another strain unrelated to the influenza targeted by the vaccine. As I have stated in prior articles this is like shooting a moving train with a BB gun from 500 yards away. It is ineffectual and silly. Furthermore these shots contain mercury as a binder that holds the vaccine in a state where it cannot continue to change or alter its state. Other very dangerous adjuncts exist in these vaccines that the grossly ignorant and undereducated docile public knows nothing about, such as squalamine. In Germany a more honest scientific community has warned about cancer viruses contained in the newest swine flu clearly engineered virus. There are some very high level master criminals who are using their affiliation to the military-industrial medical community and the pharmaceutical industry as well as the CDC as cover for the development of bioweapons to be used against unsuspecting populations. This is a fact, not a conspiracy. However, the people tend to easily cowed and assign legitimacy to professionals when they don’t understand something clearly and where any implied threat is embedded in the argument. Their agenda is clearly to make everyone accept the invasion of their immune systems as routine.

Because the Constitution does not clearly define the presumed right of the government to invade your immune system the same Constitution clearly in the 9th and 10th Amendments does grant the right to protect your own immune system to you the citizen. The Constitution cannot be construed to deny or disparage other rights the Founders did not forsee that are retained by the people. You have the right to retain your own immune system as the front line of your own person and immune defense against the natural and unnatural world. As this power to vaccinate is not delegated to the government, nor prohibited to the Constitution by the States, it is therefore a power only retained by the People. It is a matter of personal choice to exercise the power over yourself if you suppose vaccination to be effective, but it is also your power to resist forced inoculation. Health workers do not surrender their personal civil rights just because they work for a hospital. And the hospital cannot use unjust power over them to threaten them into compliance. Furthermore, only in an Orwellian world would the imperatives of the health care community be in lockstep with the imperatives of the warlords who have a death grip on our freedoms, liberty and government. I believe we also have a basic civil right to clean air and water and protection of the natural environment as they are also natural rights that super cede the rights of any government or corporate entity and we need to create and amendment to our Constitution in order to guarantee a natural and sustainable environment that in and of itself is the basic premise of wellness which is the ground floor of a healthy human immune system. In the meantime, we must resist these people with any means necessary to protect our rights under all circumstances and develop a national passion for doing so.

We are on the cusp of a new age when man will evolve to a new level of intellectual honesty in favor of preserving the natural world over the competitive designs of competing economic interests and systems of government. Respect for Natural Law is already the premise of Law. I appeal to all my fellow citizens to work assiduously to protect these rights by any and all means necessary and to take this very seriously. Government has clearly overstepped its authority and so have corporations. We the People must be respected!
